• Are you a morning person?
• Read Joshua 3:1-4
• How risky or adventurous are you? How is the life of faith an adventure?
• Why was it important that the Ark go ahead of them?
• The ark contained three items—the rod of Aaron that had budded (representing God’s power); the tablets of the Ten Commandments (representing God’s precepts); and a jar of heavenly manna (representing God’s provision). How are each of these important in our lives?
• Why is obedience so important?
• Is there anything else that stands out to you?
• What practical application can you take from this lesson?
