• Theologians call these verses the threefold passion prediction.  What stands out to you in these verses?
• According to Luke 19:10 and Mark 10:45 what was Jesus’ mission?
• What do you think of John Stott’s quote “Despite the great importance of His teaching, His example and His works of compassion and power, none of these was central to His mission.  What dominated His mind was not the living but the giving of His life.”
