• What is something that you made years ago and still have? Why have you kept it?
• Read Jeremiah 17:9-10.
• What is Jesus dealing with in His discourse on ‘The Sermon on the Mount’?  Why is He dealing with it?
• Read Matthew 16:18  What is the ‘church’?
• Four words were keyed in upon in Matthew 16:18. What were they?
• Read Philippians 3:18-24?
• What is it that Paul is encouraging believers to do?
• Read 1 Corinthians 15:58
• Paul encourages the believers to do three things.  One of those is ‘abounding in the work of the Lord’.  Describe ‘the work of the Lord’ that we are to abound in.
• “Christianity is a state of being, not doing; and yet, in our being we are doing.”  What does that mean?
• What do you need to apply from this lesson?
