• As you reflect on life what was most of the most immature things you have ever done? 
• Read: 1 Corinthians 3
• What are the signs of immaturity in the church that Paul points out?  What are some others that you would add to the list?
• What does Paul teach about spiritual leaders?  Why is a proper understanding of leadership in the church important?
• Paul encourages us to lay the foundation of Jesus in our lives.  How do we do this?  What are other foundations that we might be tempted to build on?
• Paul talks about building on the foundation with quality materials.  What does he mean by that and how can we do it?
• We are told that we are the temple, why is this significant?  If we truly understood that God resided in us by the Holy Spirit, how would that change our actions and our behaviours?
• We are also told that we are the temple together as the church.  Why is the church important?
• Paul gives a very serious warning about destroying the temple.  Why do you think he is so strong in his comment?
• What do you need to apply from this lesson?
