• Read 2 Peter 1:3-9
• What does “brotherly kindness” mean to you, and how does it differ from just general kindness?
• Can you think of a situation where you have personally experienced or witnessed someone showing brotherly kindness?
• Pastor John suggested that there are four ways that brotherly kindness is expressed: Equality, Unity, Closeness and Servanthood.  How are each of these important?
• What are some potential obstacles to practicing brotherly kindness, especially when dealing with conflict or disagreements?
• What are some practical ways you can show brotherly kindness to your family members, friends, or community members?
• In what areas do you feel you could improve in demonstrating brotherly kindness?
