Discussion Questions

• Have you ever felt really disappointed about something?
• Read: Matthew 27:45-46
• Jesus was on the cross and said that he was “forsaken” which means abandoned or deserted. At this point he was taking upon himself our sin, so that we could be forgiven. It was out of this dark moment that Jesus brought hope to the world.
• How does Jesus bring hope to us and the world?
• How can we build an unwavering faith and trust in God?
